Rick Davidson
Richard W. Davidson was appointed president and chief operating officer of Coldwell Banker Commercial® in May 2006. Prior to his appointment, he was the founding principal and chief executive officer of Coldwell Banker Commercial Capitol Realty Services, an independently owned and operated company in the Washington, D.C., metropolitan market. He is based at the company’s worldwide headquarters in Parsippany, N.J.
Davidson oversees one of the most widely recognized commercial real estate brands. With nearly 4,000 sales associates and 500 offices, the Coldwell Banker Commercial system is fully represented in 29 countries around the world. In 2006 the Coldwell Banker brand celebrated its 100th anniversary.
Before establishing Coldwell Banker Commercial Capitol Realty Services in 2003, Davidson spent nine years as managing director of CB Richard Ellis in the Washington, D.C., metropolitan market and three years with Insignia/ESG as executive vice president. As an integral member of the CB Richard Ellis’s regional team, its metropolitan market presence grew exponentially in all service areas, and the firm was named the number one real estate services company in Washington in 1999 and 2000. During his tenure, Davidson received several national awards, including Manager of the Year in 1994 and 1996, and the J. Frank Mahoney Chairman’s Leadership Award for Real Estate Excellence in 1997, 1998 and 2000. At Insignia/ESG, Davidson was responsible for day-to-day activities of all leasing, property management, facility management and construction management teams throughout the eastern half of the United States.
With 18 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Davidson is a licensed real estate broker in Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia. He has received several national awards for real estate excellence, and is a member of the Greater Washington Board of Trade. Davidson also serves on the Board of Directors for Big Brothers/Big Sisters of the National Capital Area in Washington, DC.
Davidson is a magna cum laude graduate of National Louis University in Chicago.

Gregory Sexton
Gregory Sexton was appointed Senior Vice President Franchise Sales in September 2004 for
CBC. Mr. Sexton is responsible for the growth of the CBC brand through the leadership of a team of franchise sales associates throughout the United States.
Mr. Sexton has held a variety of positions within Cendant since joining in 1998, including Franchise Sales Director for Century 21, Regional Vice President for Century 21 and Coldwell Banker. He has been responsible for the sale of real estate franchises to existing unaffiliated real estate companies, the sale of start-up companies, and to assist existing franchisees grow through the merger and acquisition of unaffiliated real estate companies. His teams have been responsible for more than $300 million in Gross Closed Commissions to Cendant Corporation.
Mr. Sexton owned the largest residential and commercial cleaning franchise for six years in Nashville, TN before joining the parent company to lead their national franchise sales and development operation.
Mr. Sexton has received numerous awards in his leadership roles at Cendant Corporation including The Chairman’s Award for Franchise Sales in 2001 & 2002, Regional Vice President of the Year in 2001, 2002 & 2003, and Southern Region Regional Vice President of the Year in 2000.
